Added a new parameter to the SortableListFor helper. Added new options to the timer helper. Now a ko model is updted also when input fields it is bound to are changed by code if the "changedByCode" event is triggered. In turn each input field that.changes because of ko model changes triggers the "modelChanged " event.

Now TreeView nodes children can be contained in any IEnumerable(not just List<T>). Now the Extended validator that adds globalization to the standard RangeAttribute substitute the default one after installation with no need of adding code in the global.asax. Corrected the bug in the conversion of the ISO date format from JSON to javascript in Safari browser

Added Support for jQuery Mobile. Now a newly added row of the Datagrid disappears immediately without leaving a placeholder row when the user press the undo button. Now it is possible to register functions that initialize 3rd parties controls/widgets. Added two more helpers to handle client side models. Fixed bug in the pager.

jimbobdog has uploaded a patch.

Description:
1. When rendering the Previous link it always links to page 1, not currPage -1 (when currPage > 1)
2. The otherParameters argument to Pager pipes an anonymous Type through to the RouteValueDictionary but if you have a bunch of querystring params that you need to pass through then it's difficult to make an anonymous Type from name/value pairs. I added a Pager overload that replaces "otherParams" with "routeValues" - a RouteValueDictionary.

Improved the Handling of "Today" and "Now" in the DateRangeAttribute: now allowed complex expressions such as "Now+3d".Moreover one can define a "tolerance" for this constraints, and the develpoer can handle Timeline differences between server and client. Fixed the additional route parameters of the pager.
